3. All products are 1:1 made-to-order products, and it takes 7-10 days from production to delivery, excluding weekends and holidays, after ordering.

5. All products are made-to-order and cannot be canceled, changed or refunded after ordering. In the case of size exchange, only unworn products can be exchanged only once upon request for exchange to the customer center.

6. All exchanges and returns are possible only when not worn, and the round-trip shipping cost of 6,000 won for unavoidable exchanges or repairs is borne by the customer.

7. The repair period and cost differ depending on the condition of the product, and the customer will bear the round-trip transportation cost for all repairs except in the case of a defect in the product.
