#Precautions when purchasing

1. Product color may vary depending on the monitor.

2. All designs cannot be changed in material, color, or heel other than the specified specifications.

3. All products are 1:1 custom-made products and it takes 7-10 days from production to delivery after ordering, excluding weekends and holidays.

4. If you have special requirements such as foot width, instep height, ankle thickness, etc., please fill out the request when ordering. (Exchange or return is not allowed when making an order reflecting the request)

5. As all products are made to order, cancellations, changes and refunds are not possible after ordering. In the case of a size exchange, only one product can be exchanged once at the customer center when an exchange intention is received.

6. All exchanges and returns are possible only when not worn. In case of inevitable exchanges and repairs, the round-trip courier fee is borne by the customer.

7. Depending on the condition of the product, there is a difference in repair period and cost, and the customer is responsible for the round-trip transportation cost for all repairs, except for defects in the product.

8. Due to the nature of natural leather, fine scratches, wrinkles, and color differences peculiar to leather materials cannot be a reason for return.
