You can wear it without a zipper, so if you have a high top of your foot, please use the Stretch the top of your foot option.

3. All products are 1:1 made-to-order products, and it takes 7-10 days from production to delivery, excluding weekends and holidays, after ordering.

4. If you have special requirements such as the width of the foot, the height of the instep, and the thickness of the ankle, please indicate it in the request when ordering. (Exchange or return is not possible when making an order reflecting the request)

5. All products are made to order and cannot be canceled, changed or refunded after ordering. In the case of size exchange, only unused products can be exchanged only once upon request for exchange at the customer center.

6. All exchanges and returns are possible only when not worn, and the round-trip delivery cost of 6,000 won for unavoidable exchanges or repairs is borne by the customer.

7. The repair period and cost differ depending on the condition of the product, and the customer will bear the round-trip transportation cost for all repairs, except when there is a defect in the product.

8. Due to the nature of natural leather, fine scratches, wrinkles, and color differences unique to the leather material cannot be returned as a reason for return.
