We recommend sizing up according to your foot length.

If you have wide feet, we recommend adding the option to widen the ball of the foot, and if you have a high instep, add the instep extension option.

The instep strap can be adjusted with a buckle, but if you have a lot of bones in the strap position, we recommend lengthening the strap.
